Jamie Lynn Spears had lunch with a friend at a Mexican Resteraunt 40 miles from her home town Kentwood and never left a tip.
Back home here in New York,thats a major offense.It’s called “stiffa -thee-waitress”. Punishable by being cursed at, and a pat of butter shot in the eye.
Jamie don’t do that here in NY. Bloomberg and The Donald just won’t allow it.
